3.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be cancelled.
• Bonuses have a set validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be forfeited.
• If systematic manipulation or irregular betting patterns are detected in order to obtain a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.1 Right to Accept or Void Bets

4.2 Sports Betting

tk99 5's rules apply to betting on cricket, football or any other sporting event. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless a separate specific rule applies for that event.

4.3 Live Casino and Slot Games

The specific rules of each game apply when participating in live casino games and slots, and can be found in the game interface. tk99 5 is not liable if a round is left incomplete due to a loss of internet connection; however, settlement will be based on the last state saved on the game server.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

Cashback is calculated on net losses for the week — that is, on the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses. For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

5.2 VIP Tier Change Rules

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in force. One part becoming invalid does not void the entire document.
